SeaShine Residence is located in the heart of the Anzali Free Zone, positioned within one of the most strategic regions in northern Iran where nature, accessibility, and investment potential converge.
The project is situated only 300 meters from the Caspian Sea shoreline, surrounded by landscapes that have made northern Iran one of the country’s most distinctive destinations for living and retreat. With approximately five kilometer of distance from both the Anzali International Lagoon and the forests of Gilan, SeaShine occupies a unique setting where the sea, greenery, and tranquility exist in rare balance.
Accessibility is also a defining advantage of the project. SeaShine Residence is located 25 kilometers from Rasht International Airport, while the overland route to Tehran spans approximately 330 kilometers creating direct access between the capital and one of northern Iran’s most important tourism and investment corridors.
The Anzali Free Zone, as Iran’s only free trade zone on the southern coast of the Caspian Sea, has become one of the country’s most significant centers for economic development, tourism, and international trade. The region is positioned along the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), one of Eurasia’s major transit routes connecting Iran to Russia, Central Asia, and Europe.
