SeaShine Residence is a multi-use residential and commercial development in Bandar Anzali, designed with a contemporary approach to living, investment, and lifestyle. Spanning over 50,000 square meters, the project is developed across three independent blocks and brings together architecture, services, and the experience of luxury living within an integrated ecosystem.
The residence includes 158 residential units in two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and penthouse layouts. Each unit is positioned to offer a unique view of the sea, landscaped greenery, or the project’s central courtyard, and has been designed with a strong focus on quality of life, natural light, materials, and comfort.
Block A consists of 58 units, Block B of 44 units, and Block C of 56 units each with its own spatial identity while remaining part of a cohesive and unified structure. All residences are delivered fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy, creating a seamless living experience for residents.
SeaShine is designed to go beyond the definition of a conventional residence. The commercial and lifestyle section of the project includes a 2,300 sqm indoor food hall accompanied by a 1,000 sqm outdoor area, the largest indoor sports club in Gilan Province with an area of 4,000 sqm, a spa and wellness center, a 1,600 sqm business lounge recognized the largest coworking spaces in the province, a mobility gallery, and 24/7 concierge services forming an environment where living, work, comfort, and social interaction coexist within a single destination.
